Questions landlords ask

Still unsure? Talk to us.

Who is Dealtwith for?+

Dealtwith is designed primarily for private landlords in England who self-manage one or two properties and want a simpler alternative to spreadsheets, WhatsApp and accounting-heavy landlord software.

Does Dealtwith guarantee legal compliance?+

No. Dealtwith helps you organise and evidence your responsibilities, but compliance depends on accurate information, the property, your actions and the circumstances of the tenancy.

How much does Dealtwith cost?+

The landlord subscription is £6.99 a month for up to two live tenancies. Additional live tenancies are £2.99 a month each. Tenant accounts are always free.

Can my tenant use Dealtwith?+

Yes. Invite tenants using their email address and a secure code. They can view shared documents, report repairs, make requests, message you and confirm outcomes without paying.

Is Dealtwith available outside England?+

The general tenancy-management tools may be useful elsewhere, but the current Renters’ Rights Act and compliance workflows are designed specifically for private renting in England.

When can I download the app?+

The iPhone and Android apps are preparing for public release. You can complete the free tenancy check now and return for store links when they go live.
